FAQ: Order history & reordering

  • No. You can check out normally. But creating an account makes repeat ordering faster and lets you view past orders in one place.

    1. During checkout: after entering your email, shipping, and billing details, choose Create an account and set a password.

    2. From our website: click Sign In in the top navigation to create a new account or log in.

  • Click Sign In in our site navigation. After you log in, that link changes to Account.

  • After logging in, click AccountOrders to view your past orders.

  • We recommend one of these:

    • Use your Order History: Log in → AccountOrders, open your last order, and use it as your reference list.

    • Use our Featured Snacks / Popular Items section (see below) to add our most commonly re-ordered items quickly.

    • Use your order confirmation email: click View order from a past order email to review what you bought

  • If you create an account using the same email address you used for past purchases, you’ll be able to view your orders going forward in your account menu.

  • Yes—customers can change their email address from Account → Profile (email verification required). Store owners can’t change it for you.

  • No—Squarespace notes that customer accounts can’t be merged. (If you used two emails, you’ll have separate histories.)

  • Yes—customers can save shipping details, and can save credit card info (but not PayPal or Apple Pay).
